Arms manufacturers, dictatorships, companies that damage human rights or cause serious environmental damage… These are all activities that banks finance with our money.

These investments do not contribute to a humane and environmentally friendly society. For this reason, Netwerk Vlaanderen demands that banks stop these investments, and make their investment choices public.

Netwerk uses the campaign “My Money. Clear Conscience?” to inform bank customers about what happens with their money. (see: www.bankgeheimen.be). Netwerk also shows banks what their responsibility is, and pushes them towards sustainable investments.
