The research question was if 13 of the biggest european banks (Banco Santander, Barclays, BBVA, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaulo, HSBC, RBS, Société générale en Unicredit) invest in 14 harmful projects and companies (Belene, PetroChina, Dongfeng, EADS, Freeport McMoran, HidroAysén, Ilisu, Lundin, Sakhalin, Suncor, Total, Vedanta Resources,Wal-Mart en Textron).
